What Is Dopeassshirts?
Dopeassshirts is a new specialty e-commerce site giving you access to the hottest vintage t-shirts online. We affiliated with the Bella Chica family of stores which means we have direct access to brand new and cutting edge apparel when it hits the market!
At Dopeassshirts, we’re constantly working to create shirt trends, not follow them. That’s especially true for the t-shirts we offer to you. When I was a kid, there were all shorts of trends for shirts – neon, muscle shirts and pastels to name a few. But the latest trend may be my all time favorite. We’re talking vintage t-shirts with classic logos and iconic images from the 70’s and 80’s. You want vintage shirts, we’ve got vintage shirts!
Why T-shirts?
Let’s face it. T-shirts are hot! I mean, there’s nothing better than grabbing your favorite shirt from the pile of shirts on your floor, tossing on a pair of jeans and hanging with your crew. So, what if they’re wearing shirts and jeans too! Who cares as long as you and your shirts get the honeys looking your way!

T-Shirt 101: A Look Back
When it comes to shirts and t-shirts, trends change but styles don’t. I recently read somewhere that t-shirts first started appearing in the United States in the early 1900’s. Some shirt historians say they were ‘invented’ by the Navy as under shirts for sailors in uniform. They were short sleeve shirts, with no buttons, no collar and no pockets. Nearly 100 years later, not much has changed in the design -- t-shirts are still t-shirts. But today’s shirts are made to be seen, not to go under anything. Heck, even the fabric for shirts is still basically cotton. Ok, that’s enough of the history of shirts. Let’s talk trends!
If It’s New, It Ain’t For You
It doesn’t matter if you call them vintage, refurbished, classic, retro, immortal or old school, our t-shirts rock! We’ve got thousands of t-shirts in dozens of colors with sizes to fit every body size! But that’s not what makes these shirts a commodity. The best part is the logo at the heart of each shirt! Each logo is a classic, iconic image from the past! Some of these logo shirts are funny, some of these t-shirts are slightly risqué, but every one of these shirts is pretty damn cool. Create Your Own Trend
If you’re looking to update the shirts in your closet, our vintage shirts and t-shirts are a great start! Our shirts and t-shirts go with anything you already have in your closet. You can wear these shirts and t-shirts with a grungy, ripped up pair of shorts to play ball. Or you can add a jacket and khakis to dress up your shirt for the office or for a night at the club.
