Shipping Charge Summary

The Shipping Charges are based on number of items ordered. An item is any product with a product number. While shipping charges may vary, shipping rates are as follows:

$7.95 regular ground shipping (United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada)

For international orders shipping starts at $24.95 for International Priority Mail. Once your shipment leaves U.S. Borders we are no longer responsible for the package. Please provide a secure shipping address. If you would like premium shipping with tracking and insurance we recommend Global Express Guaranteed with shipping rates starting at $32.00; Please email us with your order, and we will quickly respond with your total (cost of product, plus shipping & handling) you may then remit payment to sales@bellachica.com

Delivery days are counted after an order is processed. Orders are processed by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time each weekday. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST during a week day is processed the next day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m PST on Fridays and during the weekend are processed on Monday.

All deliveries are based on weekdays. Weekends are not included. While many of our products may be readily available for shipping after receiving an order, depending on the volume of orders received for a particular item, some of the clothing may have to be manufactured after an order arrives and can add to some delay in delivery. Delay may also be due to the mail delivery service.

E-mail us if your order is not delivered by the due date and we will respond on the status of your order. All questions on orders must include: (1) Full name of the customer, (2) Customer's address with Zip Code, (3) The Order Number from the customer's online (e-mail) receipt or order notification.

All of our products are shipped to our customers directly from our customer service personnel at our manufacturer's warehouse.
